a busy weekend...
Phew did I ever have a lot to do on my 3 days off! Its great though I love it! Ever since I broke away from my stifling relationship with James I find myself with more friends and options and things to do with the kids! I realized the other day just how much I was ignoring the kids when I was with him, and how much more attention I pay to them now. Kris is great with them especially now that they are all getting used to each other. He met Rocky today at the Soccer Jamboree and there wasn't really much awkwardness that I felt. The three of us (and my Mom) watched the game, comforted Alex when he got hurt (head to his teeth), and played with Alicia. Maybe we can be one big happy family..........

At my friend Marie's baby shower Saturday afternoon. She's due the 16th! She was in Arizona until last week. Now she and her husband are living 15 minutes away in Fairfax!

Alicia does indeed seem to have a crush--she wanted him to carry her everywhere and whenever he picks her up she cuddles right against him and sniffs her blankie!! LOL!! She's also in love with a more age-appropriate little boy next door...reminds me of me and Ryan V. TOTALLY!!

That's great you have more time with your kids, for sure...and the pics you have on this blog posting are all great (as most of the pics are, anyway!)....I also like the one of you and your man, and your daughter and your man....a 'crush' indeed ; )
