Aw Yeeah!

I just had to quickly blog about this:

My beeeyooteefull sis and I are accepted vendors in the Queen City Craft Bazaar! I just got done telling my mother that if I didn't get accepted then I was going to just cut my losses and give up. I love making jewelry but it is getting expensive and I'm not making much money. Its not that I haven't sold anything, I just haven't sold enough at one time (i.e. one week) to see a profit. Plus I keep getting new ideas and that gets expensive. I need to use what I have first and then move on.

My Dad showed me how to use the drill press yesterday and I made a lot of little angel wing things...when I get a picture I'll post it. I'm wearing some earrings right now that I made! I love working with metal. And power tools!!!! I hope I inherit the workshop...

Well now that I have something exciting happening I'm probably going to sleep less and have some major tendonitis!! Stay tuned.....

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give up! I started ETP about 5-6 months ago and at first, I wasn't making anything, but still buying stuff to make new ideas. Now it's finally taken off and I earn a good wage from it (allows me to buy lots from JCrew!!!) so, keep at it, the bazaar may be just what you need to reel in customers!
