I Feel...

Like SHIT!!!

I have PMS sooooooooooooo bad I can't remember having such a hard time with it since I was younger. I am eating like a hog, and not good food either, and I'm tired, lazy, grumpy, impatient, and just overall miserable. I don't know what is different this time since up until now I have had an easy time of it as far as this is concerned. I feel bad for Kris...he's coming over later!! I feel like el chupacabra!! Did I mention I was bloated too? My jeans all feel tight and my stomach is pushed out like I was 5 months pregnant. Bah humbug. Yesterday I had a weird episode that I can only attribute to hypoglycemia. I was pushing the cart of product the 1/2 mile it has to go to get to my area when suddenly I started getting hot all over, and sweating, and my legs felt weak and my head was buzzing. I made it to my department ok but then i had to sit down. i felt like I was seriously going to pass out. They even let me go home early. My fever I seemed to have broke and I was freezing and wet. I ate some food before I went home and felt marginally better, but ever since I have felt like shit. I even took a pregnancy test to make sure (negative phew) because the way I have been feeling lately is not normal for me.

Hey James has been gone for almost 5 days now! All I have heard from him is one picture message he sent me from his phone of the mountains yesterday. I honestly think that when he gets back he will have had some time to think and will leave me alone. Maybe I am wrong. I have been every other time so far...

Ugh, Betsy! Sorry!! I have had that weird dizzy thing happen before - mine I think is low blood pressure. I passed out at KTC when I was 5 months pregnant with Philip - they had an ambulance come and I had to go to the hospital and everything!! My bp was something like 90/50 in the ambulance - normal for me is 110/55 or so, so I guess I am always on the brink of passing out?
Anyway, I hope that you feel better soon. Sometimes you just need some junky food to make it all better. I swear, there is something about potato chips followed by a gooey brownie that makes all PMS bearable.
Hope that James continues to scab over.
Love you,
Astrid Eleanor Cecilia
