The pain! The agony!!

Soooo...
I am going camping for the first time in years next week!! Normally I hate camping but only because the people I have gone with have been, let's say, not fun to camp with. Unfortunately my (ex?) boyfriend, who is an avid hiker and backpacker, never invited me to go with him and his friends. Yes that is a big reason that I told him I didn't think we should see each other anymore. He never included me in anything that had to do with his friends and family in 2 years of being in a serious relationship. Anyway I digress.
So I am going with my male friend and his girlfriend for 3 days in Button Bay. At first I didn't want to go because I thought it would be awkward being I was still getting over a breakup and he has only been seeing his girl for a month or so. But the more I think about it and the more he convinced me it would be fun, and after trying to get my (ex?)boyfriend to hang out with me this weekend and he wouldn't (pathetic I know) I said to myself (and my friend) "Fuck it. I am going camping with you guys. Why not!!" So I am going to disappear off the face of this earth for 3 days. I'm not telling (ex?)bf that I am going since he doesn't seem to care what I do anyway, and I am going to have a goddamn good time!!!!

For anyone following my lawn care saga, my Dad did finally get me a new blade for my mower and I figured out how to use the weed whacker properly and I spent several combined hours this weekend working on the lawn and its STILL NOT DONE!!! I pulled out weeds with a taproot 14" long and 2" diameter!!! My lower back is twinging a bit and keeps threatening to go out on me. I walked the bike path in S. Burlington last night for about 3.5-4 miles at a fast pace and then after I dropped the kids off I went jogging for another 4 miles! I can't believe I made it the whole way! First time this year I have gone. So my body is aching but I feel good. I need to get into shape for bikini season hahahahahah!!
