Yay for Me!

I took half a day off today (leaving at 1) and I'm going to do it again tomorrow!! It is so beautiful out and is supposed to be even nicer tomorrow so I figured instead of wasting my vacation time on 1 whole day, I would spread it out over 2 and have a nice relaxing work week.

So the bazaar. Well, I didn't do as well as I had hoped, and seeing people's reactions to my stuff made me feel like while my pieces are not too bad, they are not worth what I had priced them at. It is hard because I have friends who say, "You need to charge more for your stuff" but then when I try to sell them it seems like I would have done better with the original prices. Maybe it was just the crowd I don't know! I did sell 3 pairs of earrings, 2 necklaces, and 1 bracelet and made $65 which I guess is ok. I was hoping to make at least $100 but I guess it just wasn't meant to be. I will try the Waterbury Flea Market (hopefully with Sarah again :) ) and maybe the crowd will be a bit more diverse.
